This Policy outlines the terms for Cancellation, Returns, Refunds, and Replacements for any products purchased from us.

  • "Items" mean products offered for sale on the Website.

  • "Orders" refer to a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • "Service" pertains to the Website.

  • "Website" refers to ThreadsFami, accessible at threadsfami.com.

  • "You" refers to the individual or company using the Service.


Cancellation Policy

At ThreadsFami, we aim to provide fast production and delivery.

  • Orders enter the printing/production process 12 hours after checkout.

  • Customers have a 12-hour window after placing an order to request modifications or cancellations free of charge.

  • After this 12-hour window, cancellations are no longer accepted, as all products are custom-made.

Please check your confirmation email for instructions to cancel or modify an order within the allowed timeframe.


Return Policy

All ThreadsFami items are made-to-order and personalized.

  • Unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

  • For damaged or defective products, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility requirements:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at support@threadsfami.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Replacement & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every order.

You may request a replacement or refund if your order arrives with any of the following:

  • Product defects or damage

  • Printing or personalization errors

  • Incorrect item received

How it works:

  • Contact support@threadsfami.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide either:

    • A replacement shipped at no cost, or

    • A refund to your original payment method.

Refund timing:

  • PayPal: within 1 business day

  • Debit/Credit Card: approximately 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
